Email support@botlyx.com with the account email, a concise problem description and the relevant purchase or document context.
For desktop activation issues, include the operating system, app version, license email and the activation error shown by the app.
Do not send private documents unless support explicitly needs a minimal example. Prefer the error message, file format and reproducible steps first.
